IT’S MY GOLFIVERSARY…🏌🏽♀️⛳️❤️
Two years ago today, I took my first lesson at the PGA Superstore… 2 days later, l brought a set of clubs & I’ve been hooked ever since.

✅ Better set of clubs (Thanks CoachPaula Pearson-Tucker)
✅ Attended the Cognizant Classic & got to walk the course with PGA Pro’s
✅Golf Tournaments = 8
✅Joined Broward Ebony Golf Association (BEGA)
✅USGA GHIN registered & handicap established
✅Joined LPGA Amateurs FLL Chapter
✅Won 2 out of 4 Match Plays ( LPGA)
✅Participated in LPGA 2025-2026 Championship
✅Met some AMAZING women who effortlessly sow into me through coaching & mentoring whether formal or informal. Special shout out to Verbena, Elise & Paula.❤️
Golf has forever changed my life and I’m excited about my golf journey and where it will take me…from the places I will go…to the people I will meet🏌🏽♀️⛳️

Good morning friends & family....
As we close this year out, let's not make any health/fitness New Year's resolutions. Let's make daily resolutions beginning RIGHT NOW! If you haven't been active saying to yourself you're going to start in the new year... START NOW! If you fell off a bit and waiting for the new year to reset...RESET NOW! If you want to eat healthier but you don't want to be restricted for Christmas dinner...EAT HEALTHIER NOW....this way you have a head start and that one day of eating "not so good" won't be so bad.
Get up, get out & and get active! Walk, Run, Bike, Swim, or Join a gym...

First golf-cation out of the country & certainly not the last…Cinnamon Hill golf course in Montego Bay was absolutely breathtaking. Thanks to Bucka Fogey and the Bogey Boyz for putting together such an amazing trip… met some pretty cool people🏌🏽♀️⛳️❤️

152 lbs June 26th vs 152 lbs Oct 9th
I never focus on weight…barely ever weigh myself… especially when gaining muscle…and at 5’ 7” I’m not concerned about weighing 150 lbs although my sweet spot is 145 w/ muscle. However, I am concerned if my body fat is over 20% and menopause weight/ belly is real with the increase of cortisol level & lack of sleep. So I had to shock my system…especially with me being athletic my body is use to going the distance so it will plateau with me doing the usual routine so I had to shock my system a little & start incorporating HIIT to include plyos, jumping rope, pushing & pulling weighted sled, slam squats, etc and it changed. Of course nutrition is paramount also.
I’m pleased with results keeping in mind I suffered a mild concussion July 1st which was a major setback for the good part of 10 weeks & I still have some minor temporary limitations with range of motion but I definitely see the difference in my mid section.
It’s all about body composition…dropping body fat… and turning it into muscle.

500 Plyos (done before, after, & in between sets)
3.5 minute plank that snatched my entire soul🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️(gotta get back up to my 5 minute record but DAMNNNNN)
Worked all day & now she’s in the bed at 4p…🤷🏽♀️😂

From the range🏌🏽♀️… to the range🎯
Had a date with my son at the gun range… and we found our tribe. We didn’t have to wait the hour for an available bay cause they had 5 locked down, supplied extra ammo & helpful tips. Nothing but love…we’ll be joining them on the regular
