Hey it’s me!! Just popping in to see how everyone is doing? 😘

I’ve been recently back working on my fitness + yoga journey, and came across a local (Dayton) yoga mama last night who posted about her new YouTube yoga channel. Seeing this and chatting with her, has inspired me to really get back on my mat consistently! πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Yoga for the win!!!

I woke this morning feeling SO much less stiff and achy than the day before only after ONE day back into yoga! It's moments like this that always make me wonder why in the world did I ever stop! I seriously only did about 10-15 mins of yoga each day so far and feeling much better! πŸ˜„

But first, there's yoga...

I woke stiff and sore this morning. The lack of regular yoga in my life has really taken its toll. Motherhood and being a small business owner have overtaken my life, and I've left behind my other passion of yoga and fitness. I wrote the other day about changing this to bring yoga back in my life, every day, or at least most days. So, in order for me to get back in the habit of practicing every day, I've set myself a 100 days of yoga challenge.

So this morning I put my mat down and stared at it. What will I do this morning? Follow a video, an app, a book...? No, today I will just do what feels good for my body in this moment and just flow. Now I've earned my jasmine green tea (another habit I want back in my life) πŸ˜‰

Ok, I CAN do this!!! πŸ˜„
