(Fitting Commentary: This position has been designed specifically for 10mi / 20k Time Trails. Because of the shorter distance we can be more aggressive in position. After this run and video analysis we dropped her seat by 3mm that helped improve smoothness and power across the bottom of her pedal stroke. There is some slight hip motion but this a primary result of the use of the elliptical chain rings.)
