Few layers of heavy duty fiber glass and some foam core sandwiched in and then this one will be ready to go on the white 16' Hull that we recently finished up. 16' Hull #2 came out of the mold looking perfect 👌 nice and shiny. This one will be getting a light grey deck.

Test fit on hull #1. We over built the entire boat by a 10 fold of the previous owner of the molds. A great thing to strive for and accomplish but now that requires modifying and retooling the molds to meet our standards. WERE HERE TO STAY!
