Today’s client is a part timer so he could be away from his home for up to six months. Instead of running the air conditioning all of that time to keep the house dehumidified, we decided to add a central dehumidifier. Now he can set the thermostat up to 80° and let the dehumidifier Keep the house dry.

The freon lines from the outside unit to the indoor unit run underneath your home. It’s just a matter of time before that fails. After six years. This line set failed and we had to run a new one through the attic.

I have been extremely busy here in Georgia taking care of my parents. If you have called me or texted me and I have not responded please hit me up again. I want to make sure I get to everybody when I come back the end of April. I purchased a new software to help me organize things because thanks to all of you my little business here is exploding and I need to get better organized. 

This villa was experiencing humidity levels in the 70% range and above. They had to pull up the floors and reseal the slab and then reinstall new flooring. Even after the job was done, the humidity levels were still in the upper 60s so we installed a central dehumidifier which will run independently of the AC system continuously dehumidifying the home.
