Our students enjoyed the homecoming parade last night and we spotted a few of our members in it as well.

We’re geared up for two great classes tonight that include both board breaking and forms. The mats were mopped and regular cleaning was done after Tuesday night’s classes so everything is clean and ready to go.

Join us at 4:30 and 5:30. We only have 4 class nights left before testing on the 27th so make them count.

We will not be having our high rank class tonight due to the homecoming parade and following activities. Many of our high ranks will be involved with these school events. Feel free to attend one of the earlier class times instead. The 4:30 class ends at 5:30 and the parade starts at 6. Our 5:30 class will pause to watch as the parade goes by the academy and then resume training. This way no one misses out and we can still get some Taekwondo training in as well.

The holiday weekend was nice but it’s time to get back to training. Color rank testing and Autumn Fest are quickly approaching. We have 3 classes tonight to get us back in the swing of things. Color ranks and new students at 4:30 and 5:30 followed by high ranks at 6:30.

Reminder - we will not have regular classes tonight. This evening we’ll be traveling to Mount Vernon for a night of sparring with another school within USA Martial Arts, Strength & Honor Taekwondo Academy +. Be sure to bring your sparring gear if you’re attending. Specific details have been shared in our Band group for current members.

It’s a warm one today but the AC is on and we’re ready to train. We have color rank and beginner classes at 4:30 and 5:30 tonight followed by high rank class at 6:30.

We will not have regular classes on Thursday as we’ll be traveling to Mount Vernon for a sparring night with Strength and Honor Taekwondo Academy.

Thursday is our turn to travel to Strength & Honor Taekwondo Academy + for sparring night. We love being able to combine our schools for training, making friends, and challenging each other. This is how we grow and become better together.

We have carpooling available but transportation forms need to be filled out ahead of time by parents. DeWitt students will be meeting at our academy at 4:30/4:45, leaving by 5:00 pm, and returning around 8:45 pm. Actual training time will be from 6-7:30 pm. Bring your sparring gear or borrow gear from our academy. Hands/head/feet will be required.

There will NOT be regular classes that night so please join us on our field trip to Mount Vernon is you’re able to. This is open to all of our students of any age or rank. Let’s have some fun with our friends at Strength and Honor. 🥋
