Today we had a fun day in the weight room and put some plates on the bar!! Hosted by our girls Mollie and Tori for our vlog.

This is a little skewed due to previously we would max some of athletes out early if they were losing the form to avoid injury.
However, they have been buying into the weight room since we got back into school and it shows. Dragonette Pride 🩵
