Travis has been part of our adult program since its inception and has completely changed his lifestyle! Travis has lost 16.5 lbs and 4 inches off his waist in 11 weeks.

Congrats to Chase McLane on being named XPA Dearborn Heights Athlete of the Month for July!
Chase has been working his butt off since his season ended a few months ago while coming 4 X a week to increase his speed, power & strength! Chase was recently drafted by the Lincoln Stars of the USHL & the Sarnia Sting of the OHL. He also maintains a 3.9 overall GPA!

Congrats to Deion Burks on being named our Athlete of the Month for the month of June!
Deion has been part of the for 6 months now and continues to improve on a daily basis. When Deion first started training, he was 115 lbs. and athletic. 6 months later and he's 133 lbs. but now he's faster, stronger and more explosive. Deion has increased his vertical jump by 5", decreased his 10 yd dash by .10 seconds and decreased his short shuttle by .6 seconds.
Deion also excels in school as he carries a 3.7 GPA! We are extremely lucky to have Deion as part of the and would like to congratulate him for all of his hard work and dedication.

Congrats to Nathan Hughes on being named our Adult Athlete of the Moth for the month of June!
We are extremely happy to have Nathan as part of the for the long term and excited to see what fitness goals he achieves!
Nathan joined us our first Adult fitness challenge and has been killing it! He joined soon after he had hip replacement surgery and is moving and feeling better than ever before! Nathan is almost at the 10 pound weight loss at 6 weeks of the challenge!
