-ARMS SUPERSET-
Incline curls with this tricep workout is killer. Your arms should feel like ripping out of your skin after 4 sets of this. 10 reps on each workout.

A fire chest workout done with a machine that works back.
This push down variation is a great way to finish off your chest workout. You get a great stretch and squeeze at the end. Try it out 💪🏽

-SHOULDERS-
A great way to finish your shoulder workout. Lateral raises into front hammer raises. 8-10 reps on each!

What I’m doing for chest!
Putting a bunch of things on top of my bed and using it as a bench. Since I’m not getting full range of motion I’m finishing it off with push ups. 💪🏽

-DELTS/BACK-
I used a straight bar and resistance band for this.
The first workout is for rear Delts and the second is for back.
Very important to hold during the rows to really feel your back working.
3x20 on both of these workouts 💪🏾

A quick at home workout that anyone can do!
All you need is a resistance band of your choice!
5x20 push ups
5x20 curls
5x20 tricep extensions
5x10 kick backs
5x20 elevated push ups
