My name is Zach Glasgow, owner and trainer of Zfit Chicago. We’re super excited to announce the latest addition to the Glasgow girl gang! Margaux Rose Glasgow joined us this week and we’re so excited that everyone is healthy and good. Olivia is thrilled that she has herself a baby sister and real life baby doll to snuggle and dress up!

Our first joint workout of 2025 was a great one. Olivia’s passion for fitness is truly inspiring. She loves trying to be an inspiration to get other kids moving at an early age! She also has proven to be the ultimate hype girl as you’ll see in the first video.

Farmer walks are one of the best exercises you can do! Start with half of your body weight and work your way up. Most importantly keep those shoulders back, core engaged, and squeeze those shoulder blades together.
