Showing respect to your teammates could be as simple as showing up to an event and pulling a couple tables together and sharing some laughs. Never forget who was there. Don't try to remember who wasn't.

The coaches that have poured into Kaylie over her high school career are a bond not so easily broken. The same for the girls in her hitting group, they were her 10u teammates. Her senior night was awesome. Surrounded by the ones she loves and the ones that love her. Im so thankful for her coaches and teammates that have selflessly given to her over the years. Thank you.

Got a text last week. "Coach i want to come to your next practice and help out". I said absolutely. Practice starts at 6pm and the pitchers are yours. He showed up 25min early, gave me a hug and was ready to go to work. He took over from there and did amazing. At the end he tells the boys he wouldn't be where he was without me when the truth is he took what we gave him and worked his butt off. I asked the boys if they wanted him to come back and they said yes. I asked them if they wanted to give back to a group of boys the way he did tonight, when they get older, and they said yes. And his Coaching journey begins. He will grow the game for a long time. Proud of you Jaxon.
