Looking to build confidence on the water?

Our Intro to Kayaking and Paddleboarding sessions offer a supportive, judgment-free environment designed to help you feel comfortable and capable.

Each session includes:
A thorough introduction to your watercraft and essential water safety
Instruction on proper paddling techniques
Ample time to practice and apply what you've learned on the water

All equipment is provided, including:
Kayak or paddleboard
Paddle
Personal Flotation Device (PFD)

If you’ve ever wanted to get out on the water but weren’t sure where to start, our Intro to Kayaking & Paddleboarding sessions are designed just for you. No pressure. No judgment. Just a relaxed, supportive experience that helps you feel confident from the moment you step on the water.

Simple, hands-on coaching to help you paddle comfortably and efficiently

We have an adventure for everyone

For our Out & Back adventure, you will park at the Howard Boat Ramp, receive a quick overview of paddle strokes (if needed) and then depart on your adventure from the easy to use the kayak launch. You will have plenty of time to explore the central or northern parts of the lake. Both sections have plenty of explorable coves where participants often see, Eagles, Herons, and Turtles. When your adventure is nearing its end, simply paddle back to the kayak launch and a member of our team will be there to greet you!

We offer Adult & Child kayaks as well as paddleboards.
Duration: Participants have 2 Hours for their adventure

For our 3.5 Mile adventure, you will park at the Howard Boat Ramp, hop in the van for a short but scenic trip to the Kilbourne. After arrival you will receive a quick overview of paddle strokes (if needed) and then set out on your adventure. During your trip back to the Howard Boat Ramp, you will float past the Osprey platforms, the Hogback cliffs, as well as a few secluded coves. Participants often see Osprey, Eagles, Herons, Turtles, and on occasion a family of beavers. Your adventure will end back at Howard Boat Ramp where a member of our team will be there to greet you!

We offer Adult kayaks.
Duration: Participants have 3 Hours for their adventure
