Some reminders as we wrap up the weekend and jump into a full week.

In midst of the busyness, challenge yourself to find moments of pause that recharge you. It doesn’t have to look like anyone else pause, or what you see people doing on social media. It all counts, a walk between calls, lunch outside, or a deep breath at a red light. Full Stop.
