So I’m still stuck in Kansas but am I really stuck? Our new box truck is broken down and we don’t really know what’s wrong but luckily I have a Honda Grom! I decided to check out Geary Lake and Falls near Junction City, KS. It was beautiful! Looks like good fishing too.

Life is pretty funny sometimes. We thought it was gonna be smooth sailing to Springfield in our 2002 7.3L power stroke box truck but we were wrong... So so wrong

Last night Seth said the tire looked low, but I didn’t think it was a big deal. I was wrong…So so wrong.

After walking miles to Home Depot (uphill both ways)…twice, we found a nail in the side wall! Once we got the spare on, we limped over to discount tires in Topeka. They slapped on 4 beautiful, brand new, AT tires for us buuuut unfortunately we were no longer able to turn the rig because we picked oversized tires… After a day lost, we are finally back on the road on our way to the Moore Expo! Nothing‘s gonna keep us from making it there! Not even a flat, lack of jack, no tow truck, double margaritas, or big pinch welded steel.

Down To Fire, of course. Weirdos.
