Such an important reminder, especially this time of year! Your mindset around exercise is crucial to your success. Try saying to yourself 'I get to exercise today' instead of 'I need to exercise today'. It can make a world of difference!

Hello Facebook world! I'm here to update you all about my business. Two years now after my last post I am still here, training in southeast Denver out of C3 Performance. However, along with Transformation Personal Training, I am also working as a part-time personal trainer for Denver Parks and Recreation. You can find me at the Montclair rec center and the Carla Madison rec center Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This expansion has been greatly beneficial for both me and my loyal clients. I now have a larger geographic range and price point range available. How fortunate I am to be able to run my own business, while also being employed by the city I live in. Yes, we are all missing our gyms right now. But that doesn't mean you can't still work out! I can meet you at a small park, or even in my own backyard for an awesome fitness session! And if you are still concerned about leaving your house, I'll come to your house (virtually, that is, through zoom or Google hangouts). Don't stop moving!
