Athlete briefing at 8:15am tomorrow. We have one minor change to the VERY LAST workout due to room/space. Instead of moving your barbells, you will have a Kettlebell "token" that you will move forward. We will explain this to all athletes before the workout.

Hey!!

We are excited to see you all tomorrow. Here is a link to our waiver. www.crossfitomnia.pike13.com. Please go in and fill one out before coming in. If you don't have access to a computer, we will have some printed and ready to sign when you check in.

Also, as a heads up, there is major construction happening on Mississippi & Santa Fe, so we would advice an alternate route. If you are coming from the North, you'll exit I25 off Alameda, and you should be fine, but coming from the south can be sort of a nightmare. If at all possible, try to travel to Omnia from the west.

We will see you all between 4pm-6pm for check in/weigh ins and then the first wave of heats begins at 6:30 after our athlete briefing.

For Saturday we have some awesome booths and a bar where we will be taking a $5 donation per drink (so bring cash/ID). For food, Little Brazil Food truck will be here ready to serve some awesome lunch.

Hey!

First off THANK YOU FOR REGISTERING for our 1st Male/Female No Gutz No Glory Competition happening THIS weekend at CrossFit Omnia. We are excited to host 35 teams and want to send a quick email with some information.



-Check in/Weigh ins: May 4 (Friday) from 4pm-6pm at CrossFit Omnia
-First heat starts at 6:30pm, final heat is at 7:45pm. I have set up a Google Doc for the heats that you are all able to view by following the link below. I will also post the heats on all social media outlets.
-As for Saturday, your ladder heat time will depend on your placing after Friday Night's workout. We will update that and post it on all social media outlets at well, and the Google Doc will also be updated.
-We request that parking occurs on the street so that tents/chairs can be set up in our parking lot.
***NO PARKING/NO TENT SET UP can occur outside of Closets By Design which we will cone off to allow for less confusion.
-Bring cash and valid ID with you as we will have alcohol to serve on Saturday. Drinks will be $5 cash donation.
-It is free to specatate so invite your friends and family!!!
