Figured Maple anyone?

Ironing out final details. This prototype plays like a champ with zero fret work and only minimal setup, even in a century old filthy basement. Very close!

Patent is submitted so I can finally expose all this work. I have a few more weeks of fine tuning to do, but will FINALLY be ready to take orders soon. Here's a little sneak peek of a prototype case...one you can slide under an airplane seat. Lots more to come!
Updates!
1. I got laid off (from my day job) last week. Hoping I never have to work for anyone not named Chaz Ginest ever again. Its time I focus all my attention on building.
2. The virus has delayed construction of my new shop in AZ, so I'm getting setup in Denver again for the time being.
3. The virus has also delayed completion of the patent I need to nail down before I can launch my new site, marketing, etc
4. All that said, the patent, new site and my ability to actually build and ship guitars is closer than ever, so if you're interested in a guitar please email me at [email protected] and we can discuss further details.
Thanks for hanging with me!
Following up on my last post - house is sold, over asking and in less than 36 hours so, unlike the year of work leading up to it, that part was pretty painless. Paid off credit cards (credit score jumped to 828 haha!), budget is set for the quonset hut project, hoping to break ground before the end of the year. Will be shipping one guitar overseas next month, but cant expose anything due to the patent issue I mentioned (I'll still have some photos though). Major progress towards spending a lot more time building axes!
