From Sluggish & Stuck to Strong & Confident ๐ช
At 46, Brent was doing cardio, but still felt low energy, sluggish, and unsure how to get stronger. Watching his parents deal with health challengesโand trying to keep up with two young kidsโmade one thing clear: something had to change.
He started strength training with Scott from scratch:

Will is not only a competitive alpine snowboard racerโhe placed 10th at last yearโs nationalsโbut also holds a B.S. in Exercise Science.
He brings incredible positivity and expertise to every training session. Our lifters consistently praise Willโs uplifting energy and his skillful cues that help them improve their form.

Will is a competitive alpine snowboard racer (placing 10th in last year's nationals).
He has a B.S. in Exercise Science, and brings loads of positivity and expertise to his clients' training sessions.
