The Wunda Chair is small, but powerful! This 90-minute workshop is designed to help you move with confidence, control, and fluidity on one of Pilates' most dynamic pieces of equipment. Learn proper chair set up, safety and spring awareness, as well as a variety of of exercises for strength, balance, and control. Gain tools to help you feel more confident and creative in your chair practice. Modifications and progressions will be offered -- all levels welcome!

Let us reintroduce you to our class levels!
Unsure if you are ready for the next level? Just as us! We have instructors from a myriad of backgrounds and training programs, and we value that! Although our instructors teach slightly different, they all value high quality movement and principles. That's a great place to start the conversation of 'moving up'!
We also have in-between levels (Basics/Int & Int/Adv), for those looking for begin their transition into something new. We are here to help you and guide you through your Pilates journey, wherever that may take you.

Reflecting back on our lovely retreat in Costa Rica! We had such a wonderful time connecting, moving, and exploring in such a beautiful place. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to all of the fantastic staff and guides along the way. We look forward to more future adventures to come!
