We strive to increase strength, flexibility, balance and to deepen connectivity for every person who walks through our doors. We offer Pilates classes, private, semi-privates and monthly workshops. We have all of the classical apparatus and a unique pricing model that includes a monthly membership option.

The Wunda Chair is small, but powerful! This 90-minute workshop is designed to help you move with confidence, control, and fluidity on one of Pilates' most dynamic pieces of equipment. Learn proper chair set up, safety and spring awareness, as well as a variety of of exercises for strength, balance, and control. Gain tools to help you feel more confident and creative in your chair practice. Modifications and progressions will be offered -- all levels welcome!

Let us reintroduce you to our class levels!

Unsure if you are ready for the next level? Just as us! We have instructors from a myriad of backgrounds and training programs, and we value that! Although our instructors teach slightly different, they all value high quality movement and principles. That's a great place to start the conversation of 'moving up'!

We also have in-between levels (Basics/Int & Int/Adv), for those looking for begin their transition into something new. We are here to help you and guide you through your Pilates journey, wherever that may take you.

Reflecting back on our lovely retreat in Costa Rica! We had such a wonderful time connecting, moving, and exploring in such a beautiful place. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to all of the fantastic staff and guides along the way. We look forward to more future adventures to come!

Anyone else feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, even though it's only one month into the new year? Instead of creating intense, new habits/goals and forcing productivity, let's think of the beginning of the year as a time for wintering.

Wintering is a time for a rest, quiet, and reflection. During this time of the year, we often ignore our body's biological need to slow down. The weather is (typically)cold and snowy, leaving us longing to be cozy. See if you can adjust your thoughts to focusing on conserving energy for future growth and aligning with nature's cycle of dormancy and hibernation.

The New Year, New You mentality can often lead to burn out and social pressure. Instead of this idea that you need to be new or better, try to put more emphasis on being nourished and well rested for the coming of spring and its new beginnings!
