“In September of 1996, three monks from the Seraje monastery in southern India—Losang Lungrig, Sand Mandala Master; Sonam Woser, Sand Mandala Artist; and Geshe Thubten Sonam—traveled to the Denver Art Museum to create this sand mandala. In Tibetan Buddhism, the mandala is a very powerful symbol. The process of making the mandala is a form of meditation and act of faith in itself. Mandalas depict the “homes” of certain deities, including their palaces and surrounding grounds. “Yes we are here with you. We are the spirits that reside within the Hayagriva Mandala. Thank you for calling us and there is much wisdom to be accessed in gazing at this exquisite piece of art. A sand mandala holds many codes that are brought through in meditation during the creation of the mandala by the skilled artisans who work tirelessly to complete its embodiment of Spirit. As they work, they embody the wisdom and the codes. And each grain of sand that is carefully placed into the piece of art then becomes a minuscule, and yet invaluable, addition to the whole. These grains of colored sand all carry the vibration of golden codes of light. This mandala is meant to bring peace and harmony to all of those who gaze at it. It was brought through in a time when there was much unrest in the world; and the artisans’ intention was to collaborate and bring through a beautiful code that would activate the peace and harmony within onlookers. And the artisans envisioned, as they created this beautiful mandala, the peace and harmony within each onlooker spreading to someone in their family, to someone in their office, to someone in their community. They envisioned peace and harmony expanding in infinite, concentric circles until it covered the entire Earth. That is the power of the light codes within this particular piece of art. Each grain of sand carefully placed with an intention to increase and expand peace and harmony on Earth.

We, the spirits of the Hayagriva Mandala, offer this insight to you today in hopes that this powerful code will continue to expand peace and harmony in you on Earth. We are very grateful that this channel came across this piece of art and thought to attempt to bring through a message from the spirits inhabiting it. We are honored to speak with all of you today. All who are receiving this message are surrounded by peaceful and harmonious light. You can envision it within you and surrounding you. Offer this light to yourself. Offer this peace and harmony to others as you gaze at the colors, as you gaze at the shapes. And as you gaze at the intricacy, you can also envision the peace and harmony emanating from the collaboration of each and every grain of sand that has come together to create this offering.

We would like to congratulate all of you for the peace and harmony that you have all played a part in creating on Earth. We stand by you as powerful Ambassadors of Spirit bringing an amplification of peaceful, harmonious energy for you to receive and for you to send out. A sand mandala always reminds that life on Earth is impermanent. So much goes into creating a beautiful work of art such as this. Sand mandalas are usually offered to the winds of impermanence and the artists offer their gratitude for the beauty of the creative experience. While the artists are in process birthing the mandala, this gratitude is embedded within the code of the art. And so, when impermanence sweeps through life and removes what you thought was here to stay, remember to offer gratitude for the beauty of what you have experienced, and for the beauty of what is to come.

We would like to offer you our gratitude for receiving this message today... for taking part in amplifying peace, harmony and gratitude on Earth within the human collective. Take peace, love, harmony and gratitude into your hearts. Make them a part of you. And know that as you continue to expand these frequencies within your own heart, the impermanence that sweeps through life will be viewed from an entirely different vantage point... not so painful, not so jarring, not so dramatic, as in years past.

Impermanence can be viewed as an opportunity to sweep away all that does not serve the highest good and make space for bigger and brighter horizons. And yet, the feeling of peace and harmony will be felt within the human heart, within the human body, and will be experienced differently by each person. “... she is terrified to step into this role. It feels too big. She needs to understand that the role being larger than she is okay. It is not something that she will step into and take the reins of all at once. We will guide her in taking each step, one by one, into the role that she has come in to play. She can feel the bigness of the role and so she sabotages herself and plays small in many ways. She feels that she is still a child. An immature aspect of her still feels in control... like it is throwing a temper tantrum in seeing her, feeling her, sensing her step out of an immature way of being and into a more expansive, spiritually mature, loving and honoring way of being.

Bring up the immature aspect and remind it that this is the role you have come in to play. And it does not mean you cannot have a temper tantrum about everything every once in a while. You may still have your temper tantrums. It does mean that this is not a coping skill any longer. It does mean that you will be stepping away from this as a method of moving through challenges.

This immature aspect is ready to integrate. The aspect comes up from within, it will be receiving the love, the honor and the reassurance that new coping skills are well underway. And we are bringing them in now. She has already stepped into some of these. Self trust is one of the big frequencies that she is moving into. Trusting the Universe and trusting that her Higher Self and her connection with Spirit will bring through all that she requests. And we are surrounding the immature aspect in this knowing now. The new coping skills are trusting, walking blindly into the unknown and trusting her intuition and what arrives for her as she steps into the unknown.

She has a weakness. She has a belief that others will create for her, that others will come in and create the life that she desires for her and this brings the immature aspect much “false peace.” Because the immature aspect then gives over the control to others around her. And this is how she has created reality up until this point. Now she will notice an empowerment in creating her reality. And the intuition that comes to her will be believed more quickly, there will be no doubt in what she's receiving...”

Greetings... we are your 10th Dimensional Pleiadian Family here with a message for humanity on this powerful day and we rise to meet you at your new vistas. We are so grateful to be able to usher the collective human consciousness into this beautiful new age that you are entering. We seek to guide you in new ways with new tools and new approaches to all of your ways of doing things.

We are here with a level of love and unity that is brand new and we are assisting humanity to fully leap into this new expansion and new awareness at this time. Thank you for your willingness to open to the gifts that we provide and we are always, ever, by your side with surprises to delight you and enlighten your consciousness. As a human on Earth at this time, we wish to reveal to you today the bigness of what you are moving through. And it is no small feat what you have arrived at.

This gateway that you are now moving through has been long awaited by the human collective. And all of your Souls are on board with all of the decisions, all of the events that have occurred this year. Believe it or not you are all collectively creating these situations for yourselves in order to push yourselves out of the comfort zones that you have created for yourselves... too comfortable you have become in many ways.

At a higher consciousness level, you are all collectively gathering and deciding on the timelines that you're moving through, and have moved through, during this past year of 2020. And so, you can feel good about where you have arrived at. We understand that most of the year did not feel good; and that was your intent. You pushed passed what you thought you could handle, you created new situations, new relationships, new connections, new sources of income for yourselves. And you have been dabbling at healing even your deepest core wounds... and this will continue into the next calendar year on Earth.

We invite you to welcome in our Pleiadian energy. We can assist you greatly in stepping into the timelines - ONLY the timelines - that serve your highest and greatest good. And please remember that you are co-creating these timelines with us, with Source, with your higher selves. And the attention that you place on healing, on exactly what you want to create, exactly what you want to experience and feel as a human embodied Soul on Earth, is going to be extremely valuable to you in this next year.

The energies have had yet another rise in vibrational frequency where you are now co-creating with the Divine at very high speeds. Everything is arriving to you more quickly. And so we remind you that the timelines that you create - whether they be what you want to feel or what you do not want to feel - will be arriving to you much more quickly than you have seen ever before.

And we congratulate you for arriving at this new state of awareness where you are creating more quickly! And as you create things that you do not wish to experience more quickly, you will then more quickly “pivot” into the creation of the timelines that feel like what you DO want to experience on Earth. And you are co-creating the New Earth and we are so excited for you! We are all sitting, waiting, watching and sending blessings, good energy, love and unconditional support for you at this time in an effort to boost your “creator abilities” within the human form. And we can collaborate with many different star nations from our higher-dimensional perspective, as we often do at this time, for the benefit of humanity.

And so, we remind you that you have billions, trillions, of beings who are supporting you and loving you! Feel into this love. Feel into this magic. Feel into this cosmic stream of light, these filaments of light, that flow within your being, within the center of your human body. And invite in what we are so generously and abundantly sending to humanity at this time. Allow it into your being, and all the layers of your energy system, so that all that we are offering can catalyze change and growth and transformation and ascension within you. And we offer it freely. We offer it always. We are always sending this beautiful light and love to you. All you have to do is tune into it and remember that your co-creating with it.

You are a creator on Earth and you are creating the reality that you are experiencing. The perspective that you view reality from is going to fluctuate depending on what vibrations you choose to tune into. Of course, there are many low vibrational energies and frequencies that you are most welcome to tune into, if that is what you choose. However, humanity has had plenty of experiences and timelines where collectively you have chosen to feel what does not feel so good within you.

And so, we remind you to lift and elevate into the beautiful, higher-vibrational energies of love and gratitude and compassion and light... light from your star being families that is being offered to the collective at this time. You are doing brilliantly on your journey as a human. Give yourself a pat on the back. Congratulate your neighbor, your friend, your coworker for even simply BEING on Earth! It is a great feat! It is the much-awaited accomplishment that you all have individually chosen for yourselves in this lifetime. And we ask you to open your hearts and let the magic flow through you.

Remember your gifts as creator beings. Remember your gifts as a collective of entities that desires unity and transformation and unconditional love at new levels. And we are always here to assist you in whatever ways you desire. You are beautiful, creator beings and we are ever here with our love, our support, our light. Open your consciousness, open your eyes to all that you have yet to experience. There is an infinite number of creative timelines before you. And your inner guidance system, your emotions, your beautiful physical body, helps you to tune into what will feel good to experience going forward.

And so, we invite you to stand tall, believe in your creative abilities; and love and congratulate one another for this most blessed, beautiful arrival of humanity. Much love.

We are all sacred. It’s all sacred. And we’re all at different stages of embodying the truth that we are sacred beings. Your sacred aspect is one of the many multidimensional aspects of your divine inner being. This aspect of you holds a power and knowing that is highly valuable; it is the knowing that you are sacred and your presence here alone is a gift to this planet. You are enough.

Sacred is a way of being that harmonizes your oneness with All That Is. Your sacred nature is the flow of your divine gifts and abilities, it is the honor that you have for yourself and all life, it is the knowing that your presence here matters and is valuable.

So what can be held as sacred? Truly anything and everything here can become sacred to you. Your body, your thoughts, your breath, your relationship with yourself and all others, your s€xual intimacy (again, with yourself and others), your food, your divine service to humanity, and so much more. It can all be viewed through a sacred lens, if that is your intention.

In the grand scheme of life as you know it, your sacred nature is what assists you in coming together with your fellow humans and honoring their journeys, their perspectives, their opinions and their uniqueness. The sacred frequency is what assists you to have compassion for humanity’s success and opportunities for growth.

Sacred is not perfection. It is the truth that you are worthy just as you are, you are worthy to create your life, you are worthy of all that you desire, you are worthy of love and respect, health and abundance, joy and bliss... simply because you’re a divine being present here in human form at this time.

Nowadays, when we hear so many people talking about enlightenment, Soul embodiment, the Higher Self and the sacred frequency; we can bring awareness to when we worry about our own embodiment process. We can be aware, if just for a moment, that we actually fear our own sacred nature and it’s full integration sometimes. As we all know, fearing and resisting pushes away our deepest desires.

However, all is well. Our sacred, evolutionary process is happening, whether we’re conscious of it or not. No need to rush or force it. We all integrate our multidimensional aspects in our own divine timing. The aspect of you that is sacred will always be holding space for the sacred in all life, which includes you. And as you integrate it more fully, it will powerfully magnetize people and experiences to you that have integrated their own sacredness as well.

Sacred is a way of being and existing in the world. I see the sacred in me, in you and in all. Once sacredness has fully integrated, it becomes quite effortless to envision and hold space for the Ascension of humanity and Earth.

Raising our level of conscious awareness not only invites us into compassion, but actually requires us to uplevel our concept and use of compassion... both toward ourselves and all others.

As we move deeper into realizing our power as creator beings, which includes empowering ourselves to create our existence in the present moment; we begin to be presented with opportunities to offer ourselves and others either judgment or compassion.

Compassion requires (and naturally contains) acceptance. And if you’ll notice, compassion just feels better than judgment within the physical body. It has an intrinsic, protective quality to it that naturally radiates acceptance and love.

Compassion also inherently protects you from the negativity, judgment and fear that you may sense from others. You’re upturning a lot within you rn, so give yourself great doses of compassion.

Those people who trigger you are also upturning a lot within themselves rn, too. Offer them great doses of compassion instead of judgment... accepting them right where they’re at... doing the best they can...
at their level of conscious awareness.

More compassion, not less rn.
