Hello Yogis!!
Rishi Yoga is gonna take a summer vacation! Claire is heading off to Europe and Karen is working at a new job. We will be taking June and July off and will be back August or September. Please stay posted and we will let you know what new stuff we have in store for the fall! Have a wonderful summer and we will see you on the mat in fall!

Hello! Welcome to Rishi Yoga! We are Karen and Claire and we are bringing yoga to unconventional spaces around the Denver/Boulder area.
Karen grew up in Western Colorado spending her summers on ambling hikes along mountain streams and discovering swimming holes in sandstone canyons. Her winters were spent on the slopes. In Boulder, Karen has been continually drawn to yoga as a way to find contentment, to deeply connect movement with breath, mind with body, and feeling with physicality.
