🚨 Major Announcement 🚨

The 2027 U.S. Masters Swimming Summer National Championship will be Aug. 4-8, 2027, at SwimRVA in Richmond, Virginia.

The facility most recently hosted the 2022 Summer National Championship, at which competitors combined to break nearly 60 records. More than 1,100 swimmers are expected to participate.

“We’re excited to bring Summer Nationals back to Richmond and partner again with a community that has demonstrated such a deep commitment to aquatics, Masters swimming, and exceptional events,” USMS CEO Dawson Hughes says. “The SwimRVA team and the Richmond region offer the facilities, experience, and hospitality our members expect at a national championship and a destination that makes the entire trip memorable for swimmers and their families.”

Solstice Sunrise Swim will be the first swim of the 2026 Mountain Swim Series on Sunday, June 14th! At this event we have the 500YD swim (ages 21 and under), 1.2 and 2.4 miles!

Exciting News! COMSA Starts & Turns Clinic

Arvada Aquatics Center, 7904 Carr Drive, Arvada CO 80005

The 2026 COMSA Champs meet will be held at the new Arvada Aquatics Center, a state of the art 10 lane competition facility. Join us on Sunday, January 25 from 10:00 am to 12 noon for a starts and turns clinic with several COMSA coaches. You’ll have the opportunity to experience the starting blocks, swim in the pool and practice your timing for all of your racing turns. Video taping will also be available.

Whether you are a returning COMSA champ or first time off a starting block, you’ll gain valuable experience from this clinic. With a limited number of registrations, you will get one-on-one time with coaches.

Cost: $30

Adult Learn to Swim Grant requests are open until November 15, 2025

The Adult Learn-to-Swim Grant Application is open to all swim instructors, facilities, and programs that want to help make more adults safer around water, with a goal to reduce adult drowning risk through education, financial support, and community outreach.

The program's hope is that once adults learn to swim or improve their swimming skills, they will have the confidence and desire to continue swimming in a Masters Swimming program and experience the lifelong benefits of swimming.
