Who knows in aeronautical engineer can design a New drone concept I have?

I have developed a drone application for the defense of this nation however I cannot get an appointment at Lockheed Martin. Can anyone help?

While writing a screenplay focused on D.O.D. drone technology to answer Russia and China’s efforts to detect US stealth planes, I realized I needed to design and create new drone capability utilizing existing materials, construct, airfoil designs, energy sources and technology that has not yet been combined.
