This is a truck that I have been working on for quite a while, it’s on a roadster shop chassis I completely rebuilt, the cab and all inner structure. Replaced both Doors and fenders and gapped them equally all the way around to 3/16 of an inch smoothed out the firewall filled all holes replaced the floor the roof, the A & B pillars and cab corners…. And alot more. It came out beautiful can’t wait to see it on the road it’s gonna be a bad ass big motor big tires …..another one in the books for

Just wanted to put a little FYI out there for you guys who are buying cars to restore and throwing away the original parts and panels and replacing them with aftermarket stuff don’t do that unless you really have to! It cost twice as much to make the aftermarket parts fit than it would to fix the original parts in most cases. here’s a few pictures of how the stuff fits. The door I had to cut off 3/16s of an inch off the bottom of it and weld ot back together to have a gap and had to grind off the back edge had to add a 1/8th of an inch to the front edge upper to correct the gap, basically had to work the whole edge of the door all the way around cut and welded to get gaps correct cause they’re so far out of whack factory stuff usually fits a lot better just saying!

One of the latest projects I’ve been working on here at Roy speciality services is a 42 Dodge truck i built and installed rear airbag suspension. The next thing I need to do is install an air management system, and gas tank and a EFI system. Also putting a new bed on it and raising the floor on the bed stay tuned for more updates.
