The best time to set intentions is during a state of deep meditation, while your awareness is centered. Returning for the 6th year, this workshop will include guided intuitive movement, allowing your innermost essential desires to rise to the surface, and then followed by a profoundly relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation where you will lock your intentions deep within recesses of your mind. Learn how Yoga Nidra can help you let go of pre-programed thoughts, conditioning, and remove obstacles to awaken your greatest potential. Together we will explore more expanded states within the body and mind to heal and rejuvenate from deep within.
