Joseph Baena, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, is driving a new way of understanding fitness: natural bodybuilding.

After winning major competitions without using substances, Baena proved that it’s possible to achieve a high-level physique solely through discipline, training, and healthy habits, breaking with the traditional idea of bodybuilding being tied to chemicals.

But the most interesting thing is the impact his method has had. Baena has inspired others; by adopting his training plans, they improved their physical condition in just a few months and gained confidence.

More than an individual achievement, his approach created a kind of “domino effect,” promoting a culture focused on overall health and mental well-being within the fitness world.
