This past month was absolutely incredible & life changing inside The Revival Method!!

While ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ on the scale and fitting into clothes & sizes clients havenโt seen in years is amazing, there have been countless ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ in self confidence, self esteem, ability to absolutely slay what used to be stressful & overwhelming situations and amazing progress photos!
I am beyond grateful to have the ability to coach such amazing women and men.

This chick is a BADASS! ๐ Absolutely crushing her goals of feeling healthy both inside and out, having more energy, and learning how to fuel herself properly.. all while working full time, being in school and tending to chores on the farm. Not to mention losing 17lbs in 16 Weeks ๐คฉ

At Revival Method Coaching, we donโt tell our clients exactly what to eat โ or what not to eat. ๐ฏ
In fact, we boldly say: โThere are no bad foods.โ Obviously this sparks the โgood foods vs. bad foodsโ debate. ๐ณ
Weโve found that once you welcome the foods they love back into their livesโwithout fear and without guiltโyou struggle less, enjoy eating more, and, finally, are able to overcome obstacles that stand between you and your healthy eating goals! ๐
Many of the so-called โbadโ foods, in high amounts, can raise the risk for a variety of diseases. Which is why we like to teach that these foods (which are easily accessible, hard to resist, and oneโs that our brain and taste buds love) are okay in moderation!
My main two reasons you should take this info into consideration! โ๐ผ
โญ๏ธ Reason #1: One single food doesnโt define your entire diet.
โญ๏ธ Reason #2: Demonizing certain foods can make them even more appealing.
So, for example, rather than avoiding sugar just because a health site told you to stop eating it, you might consider:
* Am I hungry?
* Am I stressed?
* Is this food worth it to me?
* What else have I eaten today?
* What would allow me to truly enjoy this foodโwithout going overboard?
All in all, choose whatโs BEST for you in that moment. And after that - MOVE ON to the next best decision youโre going to make for yourself ๐

At a point in my life I wouldn't be caught dead in a swimsuit.
I didn't feel strong and I definitely didnโt look lean.
I tried anything and everything to get my body to look the way I wanted it too. From pills to detoxโs, different coaching methods. You name it.
None of it seemed to work.
