Morning reading to start my day today! Iāve been taking my time getting though this book by Cathy Strack! I love reading about the history and life of Joe Pilates and his passion for his method! He truly worked hard to get more people doing pilates, he believed if people did it they would live happy, healthy, fulfilling lives!

My Mothers Day gift to myself, picked up a copy of Lo**ta San Miguel memoir about her life. She devotes an entire chapter to her āpilates lifeā and how she was introduced to Joseph Pilates and his method. She is the last living 1st generation teacher, what a gift!!
Pilates can be done anywhere and anytime. Today I was sunning on my porch, writing in my journal and took a break to MOVE.
