My purpose includes helping people who are healing from various forms of trauma or who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD or body image challenges to feel healthy, happy and whole again.

I also provide pre/postnatal massage! I am passionate about the physiological wisdom of massage that creates new pathways of love in our bodies and can catalyze deep soulful healing. My massage practice has harmonized with my Energy Healing and Shamanic practices creating sessions that encompass the soulful/spiritual and physical aspects of our being. I have assisted hundreds of people in experiencing embodied awakening through massage and I celebrate and honor the unique body temple of each individual. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 5 years and offer a range of modalities including Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Postpartum, Thai Massage and Shamanic Bodywork. I have also delved deeply into Energy and Shamanic Healing practices over the past five years and will begin teaching Womb Awakening and Shamanic Dance practices soon. I am currently practicing within the sacred space at The Family Tree on Thursdays and Sundays. I will soon be offering hours Monday and Tuesday as well at my home near Gray’s Lake. I also offer a service for postpartum mothers where I travel to you for a Hot Stone massage which is used in indigenous cultures to aid women in this transition into motherhood.

As there is so much news coverage regarding the Coronavirus I want to take a moment to share some guidelines with clients.

If you are feeling sick you are always able to reschedule your massage free of charge! There is evidence that suggest massage has a beneficial impact on the immune system. However, if you are already sick, massage is likely to make you feel worse. It is also important to protect other clients that you stay home if you feel sick!

It is standard practice to always wash my own hands and to clean sheets between every client. In light of current health concerns I am also sanitizing all surfaces in my office between clients with a 7th Generation Sanitizer.

Consider what you can do to boost your immune system and keep your body as healthy as possible.
