Three-time Super Bowl champion and former freestyle wrestling world champion Stephen Neal stopped by Champions Hockey Academy in Poway last week!
He talked about his three pillars of success:
1. Have a good mentor who can help you achieve your goals.
2. Know your strengths and weaknesses- and be honest with yourself.
3. Set unrealistic goals that are hard to achieve. Set them high so you work hard until the end!
