For those that don't know, I moved to Greenville, South Carolina. The gym I went to is not ideal, but its also not the only one. I'm still trying to get some things done, so I hope to make it there soon. Thanks for your patience.

I return to the trails for miles.

Bad day altogether. I had no energy whatsoever. Yes, I did my workout, but I didn't thrive.
Man, I got my ass kicked in that cardio workout class
Today was cardio. I did a "group session" of upright rows, dumbell squats, wall ball, flutter kicks and TRX rows. For halftime, 30 on ropes and 30 ball slams. Once that was done, I did 30 minutes on Buster. I was nice and sweaty afterwards. I remember sweating more the first go-round.
I've been at the gym more times this week than I have been any other week since I got back.

I love the gym
I don't know why I forget how or****ic (no, autocorrect, I really meant or****ic, not organic) sweating during and after a workout can be. TMI?
Went back to the gym and got my ass kicked. I might feel it tomorrow. I'll still go in regardless.
