Join Power Life Yoga Barre Fitness for this FREE all-levels outdoor yoga class to celebrate the start of summer in Stinson Park! Community starts at 5:30p and class starts at 6:15p. Come early or stick around after class to hang with friends and to enjoy music + pop-ups from WLD perm jewelry, The Spice & Tea Exchange, The Grove Juicery and Busy Bee Organics & Gifts. Introducing: Power Life Hot Pilates!

Pilates has officially entered the chat at Power Life, we could not be more excited about it!

Over the past few years, we’ve paid close attention to what our community is gravitating toward. Again and again, we’ve seen students looking for movement that feels intentional, strength focused, sustainable, and empowering. Our community wants workouts that challenge them physically while still feeling connected to breath, control, and mindfulness. That is exactly why Pilates feels like such a natural fit for us.
