Foodies will love the food vendors scheduled to attend the DSM Book Festival on Saturday, May 2! Fuits N' Such, Lyela's Kitchen, Ninas Tacos, The Outside Scoop, Travelin' Tom's Coffee and Yanni's Grill will be in the Northwest parking area of Franklin Event Center with dining in the atrium.

Plan to arrive at 11 a.m. to grab coffee, stay for lunch and an afternoon snack, then round out the evening with dinner. You might try them all! Plus we will have all things books happening inside!

As we get ready for the 32nd Annual NANBF Natural Iowa & Transformation Challenge on May 9th in Des Moines, we’re looking back at the athletes who made last year unforgettable.

This competition is all about the competitors: continuous format for time efficiency, plenty of stage time, real/legit drug testing, custom awards and prize packages (including $1,000 for Transformation), a WNBF Pro Qualifier and that’s not all!
