🌟🥦Little impromptu lunch I made yesterday:
I took avocado and smashed it up
I Finely chopped steamed broccoli crowns
Mixed the two together, sprinkled with salt & pepper
Spread it on a Flatout (pictured)
Chopped up FRESH a lot of peeled garlic & added it to hot olive oil in a pan.
Pan cooked some ground chicken breast with garlic, splash of soy sauce & red pepper powder
Added that after the avo-broc spread
Added a drizzle of balsamic
Rolled it up
Cooked in 450 degree oven for about 5 minutes.
IT WAS SO YUMMY!!
Get creative!
You could do that avo-broc combo on anything.... I like creating and using cucumber slices in place of crackers.... Just about anything you can put on a cracker you can put on a round cucumber slice.
CLEANSE NOTES:
Yesterday I went shopping for ingredients to SUCCEED in the 3-Day Veggie Cleanse.... this is not a cleanse where you don’t eat, that’s why I chose it. But it’s a cleanse to lower inflammation to entire body and joints by flooding your system with more alkaline (acid calming) and fibrous foods and give your digestive system (gut) a little reset. I have a few more ingredients I accidentally left out in order to make the soup so I’m starting off slowly with partial cleanse today which is cleaning up diet (more organic greens) ... lowering caffeine... raising fiber intake. Then tomorrow I plan to go all in through the next 3 days, maybe 4. I already feel better as I kinda did the same yesterday! DRINK LOTS OF WATER... and I will have prob 2 green teas/day.
Walking & exercise is a must.

When I want good ideas I turn to Pinterest... for couple days I searched for SAFE & healthy cleanses.... found an excellently laid out 3-day cleanse that is very similar to a 10-day cleanse I did a while back... included is a SHOPPING LIST, Smoothie/juicer recipes... times are laid out and that is why I want to “share” it as is because it’s very well written! STARTING TOMORROW... (gotta go shopping) I will aim to follow this cleanse... it doesn’t exactly say but this type of cleanse will lower your acidity in, not only your gut, but throughout your entire body. Outcomes vary, but eating these alkaline based veggies and fruit can lower inflammation EVERYWHERE including your joints.... why? Because it’s easier on your gut and digestive system. MUST DRINK LOTS OF WATER.... I will be using my Ninja mixer not a juicer. I am also going to add a plant based protein powder/drink in the mornings, and continue with my probiotics and immune supplements I’ve been taking. Warm lemon 🍋 & Apple Cider Vinegar in mornings. I would LOVE to know if you are joining me.
