How do we enter into God’s rest? 🙏🏽
By saying “Yes” to God and “No” to the world.

The world system has a way of distracting us, pulling our attention in a hundred different directions and keeping us from what truly matters.

We’ve learned that resting in God begins with intentionally seeking Him through prayer, taking great care of our bodies /His temples and refusing to allow someone else’s drama to become our emergency.

These are just a few practices that have helped us grow not only individually in our walk with God, but also together in our marriage. ❤️

God’s rest isn’t about having a life without challenges. It’s about trusting Him enough to release what we were never meant to carry.
