🏡 Missing Middle Homeownership is Coming to the Upper Peninsula.

We’re excited to introduce Heritage Trails, a collaborative community by Wildflower Homes and Renovare Development, bringing 50 brand-new single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes to Marquette Township.

Designed to expand entry-level homeownership opportunities, Heritage Trails brings a Missing Middle housing model to the Upper Peninsula at a time when attainable homeownership is needed more than ever.
