🏳️‍🌈 MOTOR CITY PRIDE IS THIS SUNDAY 🏳️‍🌈

As a reminder, NGS will be marching alongside Detroit City FC in the Motor City Pride Parade this Sunday.

Here’s another great opportunity to get involved with something outside of going to matches. Not to mention it’s for a good cause.

We'll be meeting at 11 a.m. on Griswold before the parade. Wear something colorful, bring your DCFC flags, and bring your chants.

If you want to march with us, we need to know by NOON on Friday.

Anyone who lets us know they want to participate by the deadline will have their entry fee covered. If you decide to join after Friday at noon, you'll need to cover your own entrance fee.

So if you procrastinate it’s going to cost you.

So last night’s victory was amazing!! An incredible push this week by the tifo team and the people who showed out at the game put in a huge effort in cheering these ladies to victory. How about today we sell those stands out, since tickets are suddenly less than half price?? (Only $15!)

You can even hang around after for the second game, scout who we’ll see in the final tomorrow and then watch the men s***k Indy’s butts too. Sounds like an epic Saturday to us!

Reporting from The Guardian states USL headquarters sent a “strike FAQ” memo to players across the league this past Wednesday. The document appears to serve as a roadmap for breaking a potential strike and weakening the union.

The league is threatening to cut off health insurance and “permanently replace” players with scabs.

This treatment toward the athletes who build this league is unacceptable.

Players seek basic professional standards.
12 month contracts.
Livable wages.
Health insurance.

Our loyalty sits with the players who wear the badge, not the executives in the league office.
