ND Legends Intensive Wrestling Camp

Camp Information
Dates: May 31 - June 5 Cost:$500
Grades: 7-12 (Boys and Girls)
Check-in: May 31 (4pm) Location: Lake Region State College
Checkout: June 5 (4pm) Location: LRSC
Campers will stay in the Lake Region State College dormitories and practice at Devils Lake High School. It is a 5 minute walk from the dorms to the gym. We will have 4 full mats to practice on.
Each dorm room will have their own bathroom, shower, and private quarters. Each dorm room has air conditioning!
There is also laundry room available on site and it is free. You will just need to provide your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
The college is providing 3 meals a day; breakfast, lunch,and dinner. It's a full service cafetria; fruit, salad, cold meal, hot meal, etc.
What to bring:
-Workout clothes (10-12 pairs b/c you practice 4 times per day)
-Water bottle (good idea to bring 2)
-Wrestling shoes and running shoes (we run every morning)
-Bed sheets (single) and blanket or sleeping bag
-Pillow(s)
-laundry basket or bag
-Backpack/gearbag to use to and from practice
-Body wash, towel(s), toothbrush, etc...normal toiletries
-Pencils (yes a pencil b/c you do goal setting and a daily journal)
-Snacks and/or drinks if you want to...many kids do

2:30-4:30pm = Hard Practice
5:30-6:30pm = Dinner
