⚾️🥎 That is a wrap on our 2022 ball season! We want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that has helped make this a successful year. There are so many people who volunteer their time and skills to our children league wide we wouldn't be able to name them all. So thank you board members, coaches, concession stand workers, and dugout/team moms- you guys are making a difference in these children's love for the game and we appreciate you. We hope to see all of you again for the 2023 season!

🏆 The award ceremony tonight will be at 7pm. This will be for teams in each age group that placed 1st and 2nd place league wide. All teams that placed have been contacted. 🏆

Closing ceremony for Tball tonight June 20, 2022 at 6:30 on Don Tyler Field. Please have your team in uniform top. Shorts will be ok due to heat. This is for P*e Wee Tball and Regular Tball only.

The closing ceremony for T-ball will be Monday, June 20, 2022 at 6:30 pm on Don Tyler Field. Please have your teams show up in uniform to receive their awards.

🍪🍪 Some of our boxes were damaged during the shipping process. If you received damaged cookie dough, please send us a message with a picture of the damages by the end of today and we will get it fixed for you. 🍪🍪

IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP YOUR COOKIE DOUGH, IT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP VERY QUICKLY. WE DO NOT HAVE ROOM TO STORE IT AND IT IS HOT OUTSIDE.

Cookie dough will be ready for pick up around 3:45, please make sure you have arrangements to come pick it up from from the pavilion by the concession stand.

📢📢📢UPDATE: It will be late afternoon for delivery, the driver will call me 1 hour ahead of drop-off. Please have arrangements made to pickup your cookie dough order, we have no room for storage and it is HOT outside.

🍪🍪Cookie dough does appear to be on its way and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I do not know the time yet, historically it has been late afternoon. As soon as I talk to the driver, I will have a better idea and relay that information. 🍪🍪🍪

All games in Dewey tonight May 6, 2022 will be played as scheduled. We have an open spot for softball at 7:30 on Connie Brown Field. If you can get your teams called and be available to play a rain out game call David @ 918-440-8526. If it is 2 out of town teams that will be ok also. First to notify me gets it.

Parade will start hat 10:50. Every be there but 10:30. All games will be pushed back by an hour.
The fields will be ok to play on!

The parade will start Saturday at 9:50. Teams need to be there by 9:30. The starting point for parade will be at Don Tyler and Delaware streets. We will line up North of Don Tyler on Deleware Street. Teams that are walking will lead the parade. David Gay will be up there to get everything lined out.

2022 Concession Stand Schedule

• Please have your workers at the concession stand by 5:45 p.m. Most nights the concession stand doesn’t close until about 10:00 p.m.
• If you decided to divide up your concession stand duty into shifts you need to have 3 to 4 workers per shift. 2 shifts each works 2 hours.
• A board member or the concession stand coordinator will be at the concession stand for closing. NO CONCESSION STAND WORKER IS PAY OUT ANY MONEY FROM THE TEAL INSIDE IN THE CONCESSION STAND.
• No person under the age 16 can work in the concession stand.
• Remember if you don’t work the concession stand on your assigned night, your team will forfeit their next scheduled game.
