The practice and principles of yoga have changed my life in a very profound way. It is my hope to provide a pathway to others so they may have such an experience. This somatic exercise is an accessible modality for ~*everyBODY*~, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Fascinated by the mind-body connection, my facilitations combine breathwork and mindful movement to help calm the nervous system, release tension in the body, and create space in the mind. Yoga for mental health and recovery holds a special place in my heart. Thirsty for knowledge, I consistently seek out continuing education in hopes of further spreading yoga's reach and impact.

Since there are a few entrances to Lake Ilo National Wildlife Refuge, I thought it’d be helpful to include the pinned location of where we will meet. Once you’ve arrived at the Lake Ilo park side, we will have signs directing you where to go.

From Highway 200 heading east, turn right at 102 M Ave. SW. Head south until you get to 4M Street, then take a left. Sign will say “Lake Ilo Park/Nature Trail 1/2 mile.”
