Little Eddie Big Cup To raise funds for Door County's Mental Heath Awareness Fund and the Ed Strege Family Memorial Fund.

Golf tournament and festivities are typically the Sunday before Columbus Day weekend annually. Golfer Registration and Sponsorships open on September 1st, annually. Register your golf foursome or Sponsor at www.LittleEddieBigCup.org. BIG CUP GOLF SCRAMBLE: Peninsula State Park Golf Course

Spots will go fast, so sign up quickly!

-Must have a foursome to sign up. If you do not have a foursome, visit our website to put your name on the single golfer waitlist. We will reach out to you as others join the waitlist and we are able to form teams.

-Fee includes Golf, Cart, Door Prizes, Raffles, and Lunch to Follow at Alexander's

Each year the Little Eddie Big Cup tournament brings friends and community together for a day of fun and remembrance. A casual day of golf with lots of nonsense, just the way Ed Strege is would have wanted it ❤️
As we begin our donation campaign for this year’s tournament I want to share some incredible numbers for everyone who continues to be involved and for some new faces that might not know exactly what we do 🙏🏼

The LEBC committee partnered with The Door County Community Foundation in 2015 and since then The Mental Health Support Fund, a 501 (c)(3) has GRANTED $279,000 !!
Recipients include so many incredible organizations like the United Way, specifically their STRIDE program - a school based mental health initiative, providing mental health services to all 5 Door County Schools.
Other recipients include Big Brothers Big Sisters of NE Wisconsin, Write On Door County, Boys + Girls Club of the Bay and Lakes Region, Jak’s Place, Unity Hospice, Door County Medical Center Foundation and the list goes on.

We believe so deeply in how the money raised each year is given back to the community.

With much consideration from our committee and those involved in the ex*****on of the event, moving forward we have decided to change the Little Eddie Big Cup to an invitational format. ⛳️
The 12th annual tournament will be on Sunday, October 4th.
In narrowing down the field to the appropriate number of teams that Peninsula State Park Golf Course can accommodate, our committee has created a legacy list of teams based solely on past participation in the event.
We understand that some teams and players will be left out, which is something we never wanted to do, making this decision all the more difficult.
Please keep in mind that this is a fundraising event for the Door County Mental Health Awareness Fund, executed by countless hours from volunteers.
An email containing registration instructions from the Community Foundation will be sent to the captains of our legacy teams in the next few days.
If any of these teams do not plan to participate please notify us immediately so we can offer your spot to someone else.

We are so thrilled to share that with the generous help of the Werner + Sue Krause Woodhaven Foundation, The 2025 Little Eddie Big Cup raised over $70,000 for mental health awareness and programs in Door County.

We are very proud of this tournament and the work the fundraising is doing in the Door community but we never forget why we are here.
