Man what a whirlwind of the past couple months. Crazy life is the best, but also so glad to be home and back to the routine of clean eating.

That being said I am super excited that I will be hosting a FREE clean eating Facebook group here in the next week or so!

Have you ever had a dream in your heart so big that you feel that it's out of your league, over your head, unachievable?

Until this man entered my life and believed in me when even I couldn't. Everything I have achieved in my life since he's been in it, I first owe gratitude to God, and then to him.

I whole heatedly believe that I am as successful as I am in life because he believes in me.

You don't have to walk through life, fitness journeys, trying to lose weight all on your own.

I've been blessed with gifts and talents that make it my pleasure to help you succeed, and I want to do just that.

Doing some soul searching recently and spending ample amounts of time on Pinterest reviewing my life goals and what I want to get out of this life I've been blessed with.

What's my purpose, what am I here for?

This hit home today as I continue to build my amazing team of others who want to help change lives.

I may not know 100% how to get there, how to reach my goals, but I know my purpose is to help improve the lives of others.

Seriously, though. I can't tell you how many peer reviewed studies I've read, or testimonials I have heard about people who CHANGED their lives from a medical standpoint by only changing what they feed their bodies. This isn't some crazy naturalist hippie tree hugging scheme, folks. It's real whole clean food, movement, water, and sleep. AND it all leads to a much happier and HEALTHIER you. Hope that helps you make some good Mother's Day Decisions!
