It was a real pleasure working with you and your husband from the planning stage onward. Those phone calls matter more than people realize; getting a feel for what someone actually wants out of a trip is how a good vacation becomes a memorable one. And yes, always nice to connect with a fellow Canadian on the island!

That one is on us, and I'm grateful you flagged it rather than letting it slide — it has been corrected so the next guest doesn't have the same moment of panic after a long travel day.
