Looking for a fun way to get your homeschoolers moving, active, and connected? Join us Tuesdays at the Dover YMCA for a combination of swim time and gym activities designed to keep kids active while having fun and making friends!

🧪🤖 STEMfinity in action! 🚀

Today our team got hands-on during STEMfinity staff training, exploring what project-based learning can look like when kids get to build, experiment, problem-solve, and create!

We explored Ozobots, Micro Bits, Strawbees, Chompsaws, and more—giving our staff the chance to experience these tools and think about how we can turn them into engaging learning experiences for youth. 🔧💡

And this is just the beginning… 👀

Get ready to elevate your fitness journey! Major renovations are coming soon, featuring brand-new equipment, upgraded flooring, and fresher paint. Stay tuned for more details as we prepare to unveil a revitalized fitness experience just for you!

Keep an eye out for a special mix of pop up classes, community events, and workshops taking place throughout October!

Important Dates:

October 2: Early facility closure at noon for equipment relocation. *This will be the only facility closure taking place during the renovation.*
October 3-14: Temporary equipment setup available in the gym
October 15-16: Equipment unavailable for final preparations
The new and improved Dover YMCA Fitness Center will officially open its doors on October 17!
