Yes. It is the right time to start! Don’t wait another day. I have almost 4 years with this crew and haven’t regretted a single minute or penny spent.

It’s that time of the year again.. the absolute best time to stock up or get started! Inquire for more info!

When you only have time to hit the crappy hotel gym that’s no excuse not to get the work in. Really grateful for all those creative facetime workouts I did during covid lockdown with my trainer Julia. 🤣🤪

When one us achieves a goal we all benefit. We experience the joy and pride in their accomplishment, the sense of community that comes with rising up to support a shared purpose and all the things we learn along the way during our shared journey. What a blessing being part of this competitive team is to me. I am not only bursting with pride over Julia’s realization of a life long dream, but beaming with joy over the fact that so many of our people came to support her. Blessed indeed.
The Olympia✅
It won’t be my last.

So grateful our tribe had an opportunity to show our love and support to our coach Julia Whitesel before she steps on the Olympia stage tomorrow to compete for the Ms. Olympia title. It is a rare moment when we actually get to be present as someone realizes a dream. So grateful we can bear witness. We all love you so much Jules❤️

Throw back to Oct 2020, 8 months into my work with my trainer Julia.

7 months out from my first competition. I had lost over 20lbs was getting more food in my meal plan and continuing to learn about weightlifting and how to fuel the body for it. I still wasn’t lean enough or had gained enough muscle to look like much of a body builder. But I remember feeling really great about myself on this 20yr anniversary trip with the hubby though. What a gift!
