Mayor Brad Cavanagh stopped by to discuss the impact of RAGBRAI, the largest bike-touring event in the world, on Dubuque and its residents when cyclists roll through the area on July 25th.

Dubuque is the official end point of RAGBRAI® LIII, and we’re looking for local kids to help welcome thousands of riders as they arrive. Kids ages 12 and under are invited to create an original sign design celebrating Dubuque. The winning artwork will be printed on yard signs and displayed throughout the community as cyclists make their way to the finish line.

Prizes:
• 1st Place – 4 tickets to the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium
• 2nd Place – 4 tickets to the Fenelon Place Elevator
• 3rd Place – 4 tickets to the Fenelon Place Elevator
