I LOOOVE COOKING and I started making tamales in June of 2008 for family and friends. Now thru "word of mouth" I have alot of customers new and old!!! I get soo excited but nervous everytime I have a new person call!! I have met alot of great people along the way and they have shared their ideas with me to help me improve them everytime I make'em!! Tamales aren't the easiest thing to make but I really enjoy the challenge and it's worth it :)
