We are here to make sure we get back to our roots. This is the chance to not only work out with your new Seasons of Nature community but to also bring the entire family out with us. If you’re trying to lose weight, you don’t need to overcomplicate it… you need to start walking. Walking consistently (even 10,000 steps a day) helps your body stay in a fat-burning zone longer. When your pace is steady, your body relies more on fat for energy instead of just burning quick carbs. That’s why it works—because you can do it EVERY day.
