Dunwoody High School Softball Booster

We might be in the middle of a long weekend, but we have a long week of softball ahead!

This week's schedule has the Varsity Wildcats taking on region opponents Decatur and Heritage, with a visit to North Springs (via Morgan Falls Park) in between.

The JV Cats are the road warriors this week with both games on the road. Up first is Decatur, and they close the week out at the Mount Vernon School.

It's Game Day!

Beat the heat this afternoon by retreating to the shade of Wildcat Mountain and watch the Wildcats take on the Tigers of Alcovy. First pitch at 5:30PM!

Tough road loss against a tough opponent. The Lady Eagles of Mt. Paran, regulars in the Elite 8 in Columbus, bested the Wildcats with a score of 8-5. Great competition and great softball to watch.

Senior Izzy Iconis chalked up another dinger and 3 more RBIs on the season with a laser over the fence in left center.

The Wildcats finish off the week at home tomorrow, hosting region opponent Alcovy at Wildcat Mountain. First pitch at 5:00PM.

The Varsity Wildcats head to Kennesaw today to take on the Lady Eagles of Mount Paran Christian. If you're brave enough to face the traffic, first pitch is at 5:30PM. Otherwise, catch the game on GC, if the signal and scorching temperatures behave 😉

Big day for both Wildcat teams against the Bulldogs of Chamblee!

The JV Wildcats got their revenge after yesterdays loss, taking the win at home with a score of 9-1 after a big first inning of 5 runs.

The Varsity Wildcats took their hitting clinic on the road to Chamblee to kick off this week's schedule. Seniors Vivian Curry and Izzy Iconis brought out the big bats, with Curry sending one yard in the 6th to lock in the run rule, and Iconis sending 2 over the fences for 5 RBIs on the night.

The Varsity team is on the road again tomorrow, facing off with the Mt. Paran Christian Eagles at 5:30PM.

As the JV Wildcats host the Lady Bulldogs at home, the Varsity crew heads to Chamblee for the first of two region matchups. First pitch at 5:30 @ Chamblee HS.

The JV Wildcats are on the prowl for a win today at Wildcat Mountain as they try to even up the home and away series after falling to the Bulldogs in Chamblee last night. Come cheer them on starting at 5PM!

Final score from Chamblee is in. The JV Cats fall 3-6 to the Lady Bulldogs and will look to even the series tomorrow at Wildcat Mountain. First pitch at 5PM.
