💥 ROUND 4 RECAP - LONG TEXT 💥

After winning 1st place for Round 3, we were more than ready to attack Round 4. It put us second for championship by only one point. After a few practice laps, the oil pump broke which left us with no chance to win the championship. That’s when Derek proposed to use his car to keep going. We were absolutely honoured and thrilled to be able to use his car. We qualified with 86 points after only 3 practice laps in a brand new setup. We won first battle against the talented Jake Little. Then we got OMT against first qualifier Moe Aldhamen who really put it all on the line. We ended up winning this one. When we came back to the pits we realized the blower was broken so we were officially down 2 cars and done for the day. However it didn’t matter since we had just won first place for the championship and therefore the FD license that we have been working hard to get for the past 3 years. 10 minutes later we are being told a protest was lifted for another battle that had happened before ours. Unfortunately a decision was made and with no car to continue, we were left 2nd to championship with no license anymore.

I wanna say a huge thanks to Derek Madison for trusting me with his car, knowing damn well he was competing in two weeks in Seattle. Also to my whole team including Austin Edwards who did everything they could to keep their calm and their heads up after all this badluck and never stopped believing in me. Thanks to all the medias and staff who hyped me up all weekend.

The positive outcome in all this was to see all the support of the other competitors. It was amazing to witness all the love.

We put it all on the line. Drove 50 hours with two engines down for this much-coveted FD license. But this won’t stop us. We will get there 💥💥💥
